After signing up on www.ConcentraTelemed.com or with the Concentra Telemed app, you can quickly connect with a doctor. You’ll be asked to provide information about yourself and some info about your injury or illness. In just minutes, you’ll connect with a doctor.

When you’re connected, the doctor will talk with you about your injury or illness. They’ll answer your questions, diagnose, recommend treatment, and send a prescription to your local pharmacy if you need it*, all to help you get better. And there’s no time limit—you can speak to them for as long as you need to.
